To install skin to 8start Launcher, download it and unzip to the 8start Launcher skin folder. For example, if you install the 8start Launcher in "c:\program files\8start Launcher" , after 8start White skin installed successfullly, you should able to see "c:\program files\8start Launcher\skin\8start White" folder with all the neccessary .jpg/.png and .ini files.
